There are over 250 million Orthodox Christians worldwide.

Orthodox Christians pray in the presence of Icons, but do not pray to the image.

The Orthodox Church is ONE church and include the Greek Orthodox, Russian Orthodox, Serbian Orthodox, Romanian Orthodox, Albanian Orthodox and Antiochian Orthodox. Each have their own governing bodies, but are within the ONE church.
